吉运运（以下简称“我们”）尊重您的个人隐私，并根据 Facebook 平台条款，为您提供简便的数据删除路径。如果您希望删除吉运运从小程序或 Facebook 获取的个人相关数据，请参考以下指引：

1. 自动删除方式 (通过 Facebook 设置)

您可以随时通过 Facebook 账户撤销对吉运运的授权，步骤如下：

1. 进入您的 Facebook 个人主页，点击 “设置与隐私” > “设置”。

2. 在左侧菜单中选择 “应用和网站”。

3. 找到 “吉运运” (Jiyunyun)，点击其旁边的 “移除” 按钮。

4. 在弹出的对话框中，勾选 “同时删除您在 Facebook 上与吉运运共享的所有活动信息” 并确认。

   
   

2. 人工申请删除方式 (从我们的服务器删除)

如果您希望彻底删除我们在服务器上存储的您的所有个人数据（包括但不限于头像、昵称、邮箱及关联的物流信息），请按照以下流程操作：

• 发送邮件： 请使用您的注册邮箱发送申请至 xddxz@jiyunyun.com。

• 邮件主题： 申请删除用户数据 - [您的用户名/ID]

• 处理时限： 我们将在收到申请后的 3-7 个工作日 内验证您的身份并完成数据清理。

• 确认反馈： 数据删除完成后，我们将通过邮件告知您结果。

User Data Deletion Instructions (English Version)

Jiyunyun ("we", "us") values your privacy. In compliance with Facebook Platform Terms, we provide a clear path for users to request the deletion of their data. If you wish to delete your activities or personal data associated with Jiyunyun, please follow the instructions below:

1. Automatic Deletion (Via Facebook Settings)

You can remove your Jiyunyun app activities via your Facebook profile at any time:

1. Go to your Facebook Account’s "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings".

2. Select "Apps and Websites" in the left-hand menu.

3. Locate "Jiyunyun" and click the "Remove" button.

4. (Optional) Check the box to delete all app-related activity on Facebook and click "Remove" again to confirm.

2. Manual Request (Deletion from Our Servers)

If you wish to permanently delete your data stored on our servers (including profile info, email, and associated logistics records), please follow these steps:

• Email Us: Send a request to xddxz@jiyunyun.com.

• Subject Line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Username/ID]

• Processing Time: We will verify your identity and complete the data deletion within 3-7 business days.

• Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is finalized.

3. Important Note

Please be aware that some data (such as transaction records and customs clearance documents) may be retained for a specific period as required by international trade and e-commerce laws (e.g., for 3 years) before permanent destruction.
